I managed to get the growth rate by each experimental damage treatment, but the physiological traits are hard to extract. For example, reproductive output was measured as the number of larvae captured, but not standardised by area from where larvae were collected (it was stated “portions of colonies”), so I don’t know what unit to use. The lipid content is similar. The plot shows the “percentage of tissue of colonies made up by lipid”.. But the lipid content trait in the database has a standard unit of Density (mg cm-2).
